| The Academy |
| THE CENTRAL TOWN (1 sub-board)
The Academy's very own town. It contains various shops that of both non-Alice and Alice-bearing citizens. A favorite place of students to roam around when there are no classes or when one just has a lot of time on their hands.

| THE MAIN SCHOOL BUILDINGS (8 sub-boards)
The different buildings of the various levels in the academy. There is one for Elementary & Middle School, another building for High School, and another newly opened for the University-level students. The detention room & infirmary can also be found in here.

| PHYSICAL EDUCATION FACILITIES (4 sub-boards)
The different physical education and sports facilities built to cater to the student's health and recreation.

| THE SIMSPHERE & BATTLE ARENA (2 sub-boards)
If you're looking for a place to train your Alice, then the academy has the Simsphere and the Battle Arena for that. Read the rules first before using either of these special facilities.

| DORM ROOMS AND CANTEEN
Where students & staff members live. After the creation of the new dorms, students & full-timers now live in block dorms with 5 people sharing one block. A nearby building houses the canteen where students can go and have their meals.

| SCHOOL GROUNDS (3 sub-boards)
This is the school grounds and any area that reaches outside of the boundaries. There is the infamous North Woods, noted for being a dangerous and shady area as well as the Freedom Space, another popular spot to roam around for students.

Any sort of special events will be held here, for example a dance or such.

| THE CITIES AND SLUMS (4 sub-boards)
The cities house a variety of things, and there is no telling what the straying student may find here. On the other side of the high-rise cityscape, there also exists the slums. A very shady area, which people are normally warned against going into, unless they bump into some unwanted trouble.

| UNMEI ISLAND (2 sub-boards)
Alice Academy's private recreation island located a few kilometers away from the shores of Okinawa, Japan. A summer hotspot with resorts and beaches open to let students enjoy the summer heat. Natural hotsprings are also available on the island, the water naturally heated by an island volcano.

| AMEGAWA (2 sub-boards)
A small tropical utopia where temperature remains humid for most of the year. It has lush forests with various bodies of water such as rivers and waterfalls naturally filled by water channels going in and water coming from the occasional rainshowers. The waters here can be treacherous though, so it'd be better to go camping or visiting the rural fishing villages nearby.

| AA EPIC CRUISE SHIP
AA's Very own cruise ship, divided into four levels: the BASE LEVEL (engine room, gym and on-board garden), FIRST LEVEL (restaurant, bar, theater and ballroom), SECOND LEVEL (rooms and cabins), THIRD LEVEL (skating rink and infirmary) and the DECK (swimming pool and bridge).
